According to PANews, the Zoth platform has fallen victim to a significant security breach, resulting in an estimated $8.5 million loss. The attack stemmed from the compromise of the administrator’s private key, which enabled the replacement of the core logic contract with a malicious version.
Blockchain security tracker MistTrack reported that the breach led to a financial loss of around $8.32 million. The stolen assets are currently held in the wallet address 0x7b0c…60cf. Further analysis suggests that the attacker’s initial funds were sourced from the ChangeNOW platform, specifically from wallet address 0x3b33…01e5.
